That sounds frustrating. It's good that you've already tried disabling your antivirus, firewall, and anti-cheat software, as well as experimenting with different drivers. Sometimes, these steps can resolve loading issues. Since you already have an open ticket with support, hopefully, they'll be able to provide a solution soon. In the meantime, have you checked the forums or community boards for others experiencing the same issue? Sometimes, fellow users have found workarounds or fixes that support might not have suggested yet.

This happened a while a go and the only solution that support was able to give was a fresh install of windows. I did and it worked afterwards just a pain having to reinstall windows

Since you've already tried disabling AV, firewall, and anti-cheats, and still facing the same problem, it's good you have a ticket open with support. Sometimes these things can be tricky to troubleshoot, but hang in there, hopefully, support will get back to you soon with a solution!

Why is it that in the console Anyx says "Overlay FAILED, please check that [AMD Adrenalin/NVIDIA GeForce] is installed!" I followed all the instructions, installed GeForce. Still doesn't work. 1720744669183.png

Just purchased this and I am unable to load anyx. I click load and get the little noise, then it just closes itself. Window AV disable, firewall disabled, anti cheats uninstalled, tried with and without driver all same outcome.

Currently have an open ticket to have this resolved but messages from support seems to be hours apart. Has anyone had a similar issue and can advise on a fix?
I have the exact same issue. Mine says "Failed at inital step 4". :/
