trust issues on the inject itself?

ive used internals my whole life, and even if im using skin changers only, after a day or two, my friends will get a yellow/red message about my trust factor, even with skinchanger only.
does anyx.gg may give similar trust issues ON THE INJECT ITSELF? (i know that if i will play like a bitch the cheat i use doesnt matter)
