If I buy Lifetime Option will I get v0.4, v 0.5 etc. in the future for free?

The Title pretty much sums up the question. Right now the latest version is v0.3. If I buy Lifetime option now, will I also get v0.4 and later ones for free? Or I will be charged for those?
