I bought anyx on my friends computer but when he got the loader he ran it with medal open and everything but still didnt work and it said "error 299" like wtf??

if error 299 appears that means that something is blocking our driver to load. Also medal is not required anymore. Please open a support ticket so we can assist you with this issue!
